We are seeking a highly qualified Medical Support Specialist to join our team at TOTS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical support services to our team of professionals. The role involves evaluating patients, administering medical treatments, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate patients and provide necessary medical care within the scope of practice.

• Administer medical treatments, including medication, immunizations, and emergency care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and emergency responders.
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain equipment and supplies and ensure they are in good working condition.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all TOTS policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

The following qualifications are mandatory for applicants interested in the Medical Support position at TOTS:

• Possession of one of the following military occupational specialties (MOS): 18D, 68WW1, or IDC.
• In case the applicant does not possess any of the above MOS, they must hold a State Paramedic license and have prior operational experience within the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community.
• Valid Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and financial records screening.
• Signing a morality agreement and standard conduct agreement are mandatory for all positions at TOTS.
